And to my knowledge is the first open source tool to support SCP03.

The project is based on the Global Platform Scripting Language (basically a number of JavaScript Host classes analog to DOM).

The script collection contains code for things like MRTDs, EAC, eHealth cards, PKI cards and EMV card.

Finally I have been working on a open source Java Card implementation of the next generation Dutch e-Ticketing card (OV-chipkaart) which will be available soon.
