However, none of the Android phones that I have tested (including mine, which I have throughly tested) included the SIM Toolkit menu, and that menu is required to launch SIM Toolkit applications.

I would love to be wrong, but I still don’t believe that STK support made it to the actual devices, even if it made it to the first reference code.
